Who we are
Caelum Jets is an independent private jet charter broker serving the UK, Europe and the Gulf. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Caelum Jets, the controller of your personal data. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at dora.privatejet@proton.me or call +39 348 2233073.
What data we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us when you ask for a quote or get in touch: your name, email address and phone number, your trip details (route, dates, number of passengers) and anything you write in your message.
Our quote form does not send data to any server of ours. When you submit it, the form simply opens your own email app (or WhatsApp) with the details filled in, so your message reaches us through your own email or messaging provider. Separately, when you visit the site our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view — to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use your data
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare and discuss quotes, arrange any charter you go on to book, and keep the records we need. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries; and, where it applies, meeting our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
To arrange a flight we share the details needed with the aircraft operators and their crew, and with trusted service providers who help us run the business — for example our website host. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
International transfers
Because we arrange flights to and from the Gulf (UAE) and other regions, planning your trip may involve sharing details with operators outside the UK and European Economic Area. When that happens, we share only what is necessary to arrange your flight.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and insurance obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, just contact us. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), or your local authority within the EEA.
Other services and cookies
Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, if you use the WhatsApp button, links you to WhatsApp (Meta). These providers may receive technical data such as your IP address and are governed by their own privacy policies. The site sets no tracking cookies — see our Cookie Policy for the detail.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
